Here I am back in Azurduy -- for my THIRD time at their annual festival, Candelaria.
I had arrived after being away in the States for some time...and I was expecting a warm welcome; however, my friends acted as if I had never left. Weird.
As usual, I didn't party too hard during the party, spent a lot of time hiding out in my room, and then escaped back to Sucre.
